• Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or otherwise interferes with the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the Platform to engage in fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful activities.
• Use automated means (such as bots or scripts) to access the Platform or extract data.
• Share any content or information that violates the intellectual property rights of others.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Platform, you are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring the security of your private keys, wallet addresses, and any credentials associated with the Platform.
• Safeguarding your access to the Platform and any associated services.
• Compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

5. Transactions and Blockchain Interactions

The Platform may enable you to interact with blockchain-based services, conduct transactions, or engage in other activities involving digital assets, cryptocurrencies, or tokens (“Transactions”).

• You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and publicly recorded on the blockchain.
• You understand that once a transaction is submitted, it cannot be undone or reversed.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and security of all Transactions and wallet addresses.

6. Privacy

7. Intellectual Property

• We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of digital assets, funds, or data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cryptech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, digital assets, or profits.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cryptech, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and licensors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in activities harmful to the Platform or its users.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Philippines.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cryptech regarding the use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
